These terms cover Facet’s public website and demo requests. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the agreements your practice accepts to use the clinical application.
1. Using this website
facetmed.ai provides information about Facet and a way to contact our team. Use the site lawfully, provide accurate inquiry information, and use it only for a practice you are authorized to represent. These terms apply to the public website. Use of the clinical application is governed separately by the application Terms of Service and the practice’s other agreements.
2. Demo requests
Submitting the form asks the Facet team to contact you. It does not create an account, activate a trial, reserve an appointment, or start a paid subscription. Features, pricing, integration requirements, and commercial terms will be discussed with your practice before you decide to use the service.
3. Product information and examples
Product information describes supported workflows and can change as the service develops. Examples on this website use fictional content and are illustrations, not patient records or clinical advice. AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. An authorized clinician must review and correct documentation before it is used in a patient record or care decision.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the public form to transmit patient information. Facet may limit or block access used to abuse the website.
5. Content and trademarks
Facet’s website text, software, design, and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Links and descriptions do not transfer rights in those assets or establish an endorsement beyond the relationship expressly described.
6. Third-party sites
External links may take you to practice websites, service providers, or the separate Facet application. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control the content or operation of independent websites.
7. Privacy
The Privacy policy explains website inquiries and information handling. The application Privacy Policy and Business Associate Agreement address the practice workflow. Keep clinical information in an authorized clinical channel.
8. Website availability
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but information, availability, and functionality can change. The public website does not provide a clinical service guarantee or alter a practice’s written contract. Contact the team to confirm information relevant to your purchasing decision.
9. Updates and contact
The date above identifies the current version. Questions about this website can be sent to liam@facetmed.ai.
